It's Your Right to Dispute!

Under the law, you are given the specific right to dispute the negative items on your credit report.

Quote from the Fair Credit Reporting Act The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and additional legal decisions state that you can dispute items that are:

  • Inaccurate
  • Untimely
  • Misleading
  • Incomplete
  • Ambiguous
  • Unverifiable
  • Biased
  • Unclear

If items are not verified by the creditor within 30 days, they must be removed.

When you repair your credit report, your life is impacted in more ways than you might've thought:

For example, if a single questionable negative item is removed from all three credit reports, it is counted as three separate removals.
