Lexington Law Pricing

In accordance with federal regulation, Lexington Law does not charge for any services until after they have been performed. This means you will not be responsible to pay the initial $99 fee until after we have set up your case and begun the credit repair process.

Your monthly fee will then be collected a full month after your initial payment. For example, if your initial payment was made on the 5th of the month, you will not be responsible for the first monthly payment until the 5th of the following month.

If we fail to provide the agreed-upon services to you (as outlined by your selected service level) for any given month, you will not be billed for that month, or will be refunded your fees for that month if your payment has already been processed.

Methods of Payment

To make payments as easy as possible for you, we accept payments by credit card, debit card or by automatic draft. The payment method you choose will be used to pay your initial fee, and for all subsequent monthly payments.

No matter which method you choose, rest assured we will never post unauthorized charges to your credit card or make unauthorized drafts on your bank account. Charges will be posted only on the dates as dictated by your billing cycle, and only in the amount approved by you.

Why must payments be made by automatic draft, credit card, or debit card?

Over the years, we found that these electronic payment methods have been the easiest and most reliable forms of payment for our clients. Other payment methods such as personal checks and money orders have the potential to significantly slow the credit repair process making it so we cannot provide the industry leading service our clients expect.

Because we do not want things like shipping delays or check caching problems to affect the progress of your case, Lexington Law has decided that these electronic payment methods are best for us and for our clients.
