We depend on our clients to provide us with copies of their credit reports in order to determine total deletions. Since some clients fail to report back to us towards the end of their retainer agreement, the actual number of deletions is in fact higher than what we publish here — by as much as 10% according to our own estimates.

Yes. Disputing questionable items on your credit report is your explicit right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA.) Credit report repair is as legal as pleading “not guilty” in a court of law. It is entirely within your rights, and the freedom to do so is protected by law.
